Day 1-2: Rome – The Eternal City

Day 1: Arrival and Wander

Visit Juliet’s House to see the famous balcony where the star-crossed lovers spoke their lines. Then visit the Arena di Verona, an ancient Roman amphitheater that still hosts performances.
Afternoon: Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori
Wander through Piazza delle Erbe, Verona’s main market square and Piazza dei Signori, a quieter square surrounded by historic buildings. Don’t miss the Scaliger Tombs, the Gothic monuments of the powerful Scaliger family.
Day 9-10: Milan – Fashion and History
Finish your trip in Milan, Italy’s fashion capital and a city of art and culture.
Day 9: Arrival and Duomo
Arrive in Milan and visit the Duomo di Milano, one of the biggest cathedrals in the world. Climb to the roof for breathtaking views of the city. Then visit the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a 19th century shopping arcade with luxury boutiques and cafes.
Day 10: The Last Supper and Departure
Before you leave visit Santa Maria delle Grazie to see Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper. Spend your last hours in Milan shopping, visiting the Sforza Castle or relaxing in one of the city’s beautiful parks before heading to the airport.
